Pak VIP Login

Keep these three things ready, and the sign-in will be quick:

• Your registered number: the exact one you used during sign-up
• Your password: capital and small letters must match
• The latest app version: older builds sometimes refuse to connect

On top of that, a stable signal helps a lot. A weak connection is behind many “login failed” messages.

When everything is in place, the steps are short and simple:

1. Tap the Pak VIP shortcut on your home screen.
2. On the first screen, pick the Login tab rather than Sign Up.
3. Fill in your mobile number, starting with 03.
4. Enter your password, checking that Caps Lock is not on.
5. Tick Remember me if this is your own phone.
6. Press the login button, and your lobby opens within a few seconds.

Tip: Only tick “Remember me” on a phone nobody else uses. On a shared phone, leave it unticked.

Prefer a bigger screen? Pak VIP has no Windows app, but an Android emulator does the job:

1. Install BlueStacks or LDPlayer on your computer.
2. Add the Pak VIP APK inside it, as explained on our download page.
3. Start Pak VIP from inside the emulator.
4. Sign in with your usual number and password.

Keep in mind that the OTP still comes to your phone. So keep it nearby if the app asks for a code.

Switched phones? Your account does not live on the old device, so nothing is lost. Here is how to move over:

1. Install the app on the new phone from our download page.
2. Open it and choose Login, not Sign Up.
3. Sign in using the number and password you already have.
4. If a security code is sent, type it in from your SMS.
5. Check your wallet and history to confirm everything carried over.

Important: do not create a new account on the new phone. Two accounts for one person can lead to blocked withdrawals.

Forgetting a password happens to everyone. Thankfully, you can set a new one yourself in about a minute:

1. On the login screen, tap the Forgot Password link.
2. Type the number connected to your account.
3. Request a code, and wait for the SMS.
4. Enter that code, then create your new password twice.
5. Save it, go back to login and sign in with the fresh password.

Note: Reset codes expire after a short time. If yours stops working, simply request a new one.

Even if nothing is wrong, changing your password every few months is a smart habit. To do it:

1. Open your Profile once you are signed in.
2. Go to Settings or Security.
3. Choose Change Password.
4. Enter the old password, then the new one twice.
5. Confirm, and use the new password from your next login.

OTP Code Not Arriving

• Check that your SIM has signal and is not blocked for SMS.
• Clear old messages if your inbox is full.
• Wait a full 60 seconds before pressing Resend.
• Turn airplane mode on and off to refresh the network.
• Still nothing? Message support with your number.

“Account Not Found” Message

This usually means the number is not linked to any profile. Often, people signed up with a second SIM and forgot. So try each number you own. If none work, you may need to create a new account.

Account Locked After Too Many Tries

Several wrong passwords in a row can freeze sign-ins for a while. This protects you from strangers guessing your details. Rather than trying again and again, wait for the lock to lift or reset your password.

App Stuck After Pressing Login

1. Close the app fully from your recent apps list.
2. Hop between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test the connection.
3. Go to Settings > Apps > Pak VIP > Storage and tap Clear cache.
4. If it still hangs, install the newest version from our download page.

Once you are inside, make the most of each visit with these quick habits:

• Tap the daily check-in to collect that day’s free gift.
• Look for gift or redeem codes in the rewards section, if any are running.
• Glance at your wallet to confirm your balance looks right.
• Check the VIP tab to see how close you are to the next level.
• Read new messages in the inbox for event news.

Your login guards your balance, so protect it well:

• Never share your password or OTP, not even with someone claiming to be support.
• Pick a password you do not use on WhatsApp, Facebook or email.
• Log out after using the app on a friend’s phone.
• Only install the app from our official download page.
• Turn on a withdrawal PIN if the app offers one.

Sometimes, an account gets opened by the wrong person. Watch for these warning signs:

Logging out is a good idea on shared or borrowed phones:

1. Open your Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
3. Tap Log Out and confirm.
